Skinless longanisa
I post this once sa yahoogroups during valentines as my reply yearnings sa mga
nagsend ng kung ano anong stuff about love! Thanks nga pala! :twisted-grin:

SKINLESS LANGGONISA
The Filipino sausage...
minus the intestine cover!
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo ground pork
? cup sugar
2 cups rock salt (mix in small increments)
1 tbsp. chili sauce
? cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. liquid seasoning
? tbsp pepper
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
2 tbsp. paprika
? tsp. salitre/saltpeter (optional)
plastic for wrapping, cut into 4x6 inch rectangles
cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Mix well using hands or wooden ladle. Put inside the freezer more than an
hour.
3. Put the mixed ingredients on the plastic, form a shape of longganisa.
4. Roll and wrap the longganisa, tie both ends. Put in a covered container;
leave
it in a freezer for 2 3days for curing.
5. Unwrap then fry the longganisa.

am officially proud owner of xbox 360. One of the pioneer fool who bought one
for the release commercial testing! dumbass!
I got the core system; package include xbox 360 chrome furnish console, wired
controller, powercord/AV cable. Then bought myself 64MB memory card and Call
of duty 2 game to initially test!
well so far...am enjoying it! I was able to connect my laptop and pull music
and images off it to play and view thru my xbox - as even I was playing the
game.
Just contact my local game console modifier, bandang july daw e available na
ang modification ng xbox 360...sakto paguwi ko! ayus!

Feeling lazy at work, I blitzed some blogs and
happen on this post
by Dido regarding his reasons of staying back home in the Philippines given
the worsening economy and living conditions (attributed to very opinionated
political, religious, and ksp groups).
If I will be asked the same question (but not necessarily as talented and gramatically
accurate as Dido), the answer given would probably be very much the same stuff
that I give to my friends or anyone… He has a very good and reasonably
point. But for me it all boils down to one thing: PRACTICALITY!
It really doesn’t matter if I work abroad or back home…we’re
basically talking of oppurtunities and living-wise career, not life as a whole.
I have a high regard of his broaden idea, but it may all narrows down to surviving
and deciding what is best for you. It may seem to look as egocentic thought…remember
am a self-centered bastard! Besides am optimisitc that I will be competitively
employed for the next 5 years…pinas man or abroad…it really doesn’t
matter. Within that time I just hope I am already able to pay my dues undertaking
and was able to furnish foundation to completely stop working and just retire!!!
Spouting a spiel about nationalistic and patriotic duties? I would think twice
and try working outside the country because only that time you’ll feel
very proud of yourself as Filipino…Yeah pinoy kick assess out here!!!
Not outsiders and not descriminated…respect yo!
...I know I will get flak posting this, I don’t expect people to take
it seriuosly…hey we’re talking of working abroad…lots of thoughts...especially
regarding me working my ass out here being away with my wife, my family…is
completely different story!
